About

Hi there! 

I'm Jody, a Product Design graduate that has a small design studio based in the beautiful village of Hayfield in the High Peak, nestled at the foot of Kinder Scout. 

 

I specialise in using a CO2 laser cutter to cut and engrave predominantly acrylic, wood, bamboo, cork, card and slate in order to create everything from signage to jewellery to homewares and more in-between.

 

Everything is designed and made from start to finish in my studio including much of my packaging, which is created from recycled materials.

 

My work is a combination of my own designs, artist and brand collaborations, commissions from individuals, small businesses, community projects and corporate clients.

My personal design work draws from a wide range of influences. From the beautiful surroundings of the Peak District, music, politics and pop culture, it is often sprinkled with humour and a nod to the zeitgeist.

My jewellery has adorned drag artists, front women, stand-up comedians and has even made an appearance on 8 Out f 10 Cats Do Countdown.
